Since the city made the switch to Republic Services back in July of 2022, 1 have stopped received reliable trash <br />service. I have to call in mutiliple times per week for all 3 of my properties. The service is so unreliable it has become a <br />total joke. I initially spent hours and hours per week dealing with the company trying to remedy the issue. I have been <br />assigned supervisor after supervisor to help mitigate the issues of missed pick ups, but nothing has solved the problem. <br />At this point, the idea of an increase in the cost seems ridiculous. My bill tripled since Republic Services took over from <br />Waste Management, and I have a new full time job of contacting the service provider to let them know I have had a <br />missed pick up. It is a terrible situation for both me and my tenants.
