Through its promoter/ <br />community health worker model, LHA envisions a healthy, equitable, <br />inclusive and prosperous community that is engaged and civically active. <br />LHNs Children and Youth Engagement Department is hosting a Holiday <br />Concert, an event consisting of a holiday mariachi concert accompanied by <br />several booths with activities dealing with self -care, cultural arts and crafts, <br />and community resources, free of charge. <br />Describe the <br />This event is aimed at bringing a sense of belonging and highlighting the <br />community benefits <br />Latinx cultural celebration of the winter holidays. It will showcase and hire <br />of this event <br />local Santa Ana artists while having them be a part of the event and <br />interact directly with the community. <br />Amount Requested 15000.0 <br />Proposed Use of LHNs proposed use of funds are as follows: <br />Funds Mariachi- $2,000 <br />Permit if needed <br />Food- $3,000 <br />Art supplies-$2,000 <br />Local Artist Subcontractors-$ 1 , 600 <br />Holiday Goody Bags- $1,000 <br />Staff hours- $5,000 - $6,000 <br />Parking Validations-$300 <br />Youth Volunteer Stipends- 1,000 <br />Rental fee: $500 <br />
