Include design,materials,condition,alterations,size, setting,and boundaries) <br /> The Rogers-Mansfield House is a one-story, single-family, Minimal Traditional Style residence located on a modestly sized <br /> parcel in Santa Ana's Washington Square neighborhood(Figure 1). The residence exhibits an L-shaped plan with a medium- <br /> pitch roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and shallow eaves. While primarily side-gabled, a front-gable projects at the <br /> primary (west) facade along with a flat front porch roof projection. The exterior of the house is clad in wood shingles.
