With respect to Pre -Owned Content provided here or subsequently added by mutual written consent of the Parties, the <br />Library hereby assigns and transfers to Midwest Tape any and all rights, title, and interests in the licenses necessary in order to enable <br />Midwest Tape to make the Pre -Owned Content available to the Library's Patrons via the hoopla Platform, including as set forth in Section <br />2 and/or Appendix 3 of the Agreement.
