ROI I CAI I <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall conducted roll call. <br />Councilmembers Bacerra, Penaloza, Phan, and Vazquez, Mayor Pro Tem Lopez, and Mayor <br />Amezcua were all present. Councilmember Hernandez arrived during Closed Session. <br />ADDITIONS\DELETIONS TO CLOSED SESSION <br />MINUTES: None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS — Members of the public may address the City Council on Closed <br />Session items. <br />MINUTES: No public comments were received regarding Closed Session Agenda items. <br />RECESS — City Council will recess to Closed Session for the purpose of conducting regular <br />City business. <br />MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua recessed to consider the Closed Session items at 5:02 P.M. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS — The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br />matters without members of the public present.
