EXHIBIT B <br />ADDITIONAL LEASE CONDITIONS <br />SARTC business hours are seven days a week from 5AM to midnight and there is on -site <br />security 24/7. If tenant needs to access tenant space during non -business hours, they will <br />need to contact the security guard on duty at (714) 912-3494. <br />Tenant must provide SARTC Property Management Office with a point of contact for <br />regular business hours and after hours. <br />Tenant has the ability to terminate this Lease with 30-day advance notice. <br />141 <br />City Council 18 — 17 2/20/2024 <br />
