Comments for <br />public hearings will take place after the hearing is opened. <br />MINUTES: <br />The following speakers addressed Council via teleconference: <br />1. Aida Perez(translation: Spanish) spoke in support of Agenda Item No. 28. <br />City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall stated the time for public comment is two minutes per the Mayor's <br />direction. <br />2. Maria Pina (translation: Spanish) spoke in support of Agenda Item No. 28. <br />3. Jane Doe congratulated and commended the Housing Division for all their hard work <br />and efforts. <br />4. Boomer Vicente spoke in opposition to Agenda Item No. 20. <br />5. Jonnah spoke in support of Agenda Item No. 28. <br />6. Tanya Navarro spoke in opposition to Agenda Item No. 20. <br />7.
