■ PRUJEU I UNDERSTANDING <br />RESEARCH IMPLEMENTATION <br />CV Strategies will leverage its experience <br />with Santa Ana's Water Resources Division <br />for the research portion of our work. We will <br />utilize our in-depth knowledge of the area, <br />your customers and stakeholders, and our work history <br />on Division issues to provide important background and <br />contextual information for each outreach task. Wewill also <br />gauge public impact and media perception by assessing <br />website and social media analytics, media coverage and <br />internal feedback. Utilizing this data will provide insight <br />that allows us to better reach and engage stakeholders <br />and increase the return on your outreach investment. <br />CV Strategies' unique, collaborative <br />approach to crafting outreach materials <br />yields results. Our award -winning creative <br />team includes strategists and writers, <br />graphic designers, web specialists and videographers <br />who can take each assignment and turn it into an effective <br />messaging vehicle. We hold our own brainstorming <br />sessions to develop the right phrase, the right visuals and <br />the right product, whether we are creating a billboard, an <br />ad, a legally required document or a newsletter. Each <br />piece we produce includes the full measure of our skills <br />to ensure effectiveness. <br />PLANNING EVALUATION <br />y1t Timing is everything if outreach is to be <br />successful, which is why our team prioritizes <br />scheduling and deadlines. Each assignment <br />will begin with a kick-off call or meeting to <br />define the project's goals, objectives and audience, <br />and set deadlines for deliverables and staff review. <br />From there, CV Strategies will create a detailed timeline <br />managed through the collaborative, online Monday.com <br />platform. This allows for deliverable -specific comment, <br />content and design tracking, an important resource for <br />agency feedback and keeping everyone on the same <br />page. Throughout the process, we will keep agency <br />staff informed through regular phone calls, emails and <br />progress meetings as needed. <br />* Evaluation is a valuable tool that enables us <br />to assess the impact of outreach efforts and <br />nVX will inform the work on future projects. Each <br />assignment will be evaluated for whether it <br />achieved the stated goals and objectives. For example: <br />How many people showed up to the meeting or event <br />that was advertised? What kind of feedback was <br />received in response to outreach? Did a social media <br />post generate a positive discussion and/or comments? <br />What did the analytics show? These are the measures <br />we will use to direct projects going forward, so we are <br />able to land on the sweet spot of what content, visuals <br />and tone are most effective. This process allows us <br />to identify what worked and fix what didn't. The result <br />will be a holistic approach to outreach that provides <br />measurable success every step of the way. <br />
