Other items as requested by the CR —as needed <br />Any other activities that Contractor performs on a regular or semi -regular basis and as <br />determined or requested by the City will require a schedule to be submitted. <br />Contractor shall submit revised schedules when actual performance differs substantially <br />from planned performance. Said revisions shall be submitted to the CR for review, and if <br />appropriate, approval, within five (5) working days prior to scheduled time for the work. <br />Notification of change in scheduled work due to circumstances beyond the control of <br />Contractor must be received by the City at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time for work <br />to begin. <br />5. All schedules shall be of a format either supplied or approved by the City. <br />6. Contractor shall adjust work schedules within the same week to accommodate all City - <br />observed holidays, during inclement weather, under emergency notification, and for periods <br />of excessive rainfall. <br />RFP 23-151 landscape Maintenance Services Page 63 of 135 <br />
