8.2 ARPA Was signed into low in March 2021, ARPA authorizes the United States Department of Treasury ("Treasury") to provide funding for a number of different programs, Including the Coronavims State Fiscal Recovery Fund, and the CoronavlrusLocal Fiscal Recovery fund, together known as the Coranavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds ('CSLF,RF"), to provide monetary support to local ommments to, respond to, Mitigete, and recover from the COVID-19 public health emergency. The City has determined that this Agreement Is a permissible use of CSLFRFfuT1ds 8.3&appllcable, Grantee shall comply with all federal requirements Including, but not lunged the following., a.
