Terminologies and Definitions <br />Islamic Fatwa No. 1-02301 contains phrases, words and nouns which are also utilized as <br />terminologies within Islamic Jurisprudence. The following are definitions and meanings <br />for the nouns and terminologies of the Fatwa, listed in the order in which they appear on <br />the Fatwa. <br />Islamic seminaries: The scientific and Islamic institutions throughout the Holy Muslim <br />cities specialized in teaching Islamic sciences, from which clerics and jurists graduate. <br />Hamas: The Harnas complex includes, but is not limited to: Harnas (FIarakat al- <br />Mirqdwainah cd-Isld miyyah), and all of Harnas' affiliates, financiers, organizations, entities, <br />representatives, deputies, jurists, current and future members, and followers within and <br />outside of Gaza. <br />Believers: The Qura'nic terminology of 'Believer' refers to all individuals who embrace <br />Islam and testily that there is no God but Allah, and that Mohammad is His final <br />messenger, <br />Responsibility: The religious obligation and duty. <br />Pray: To pray for an individual is to ask (lie Almighty to embrace them in His domain of <br />mercy. It is prohibited to pray fora terrorist individual or entity. <br />Support: Support in any shape or form: Moral, physical or financial. <br />Ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood: The Islamist, violent, terroristic belief system and <br />charter that advocates for the establishment of a global Islamist caliphate by all means <br />necessary. <br />G <br />
