Enforcement tools to expedite and remedy violations <br />include Administrative Citations, Notices of Violation, and Notice and Orders. In <br />2023, the City's Code Enforcement Division continued to use Administrative <br />Citations best practices as a tool to expedite and remedy violations. The Code <br />Enforcement Division continues to collaborate with the City Attorney's Office <br />and the Santa Ana Police Department to address severe land use violations such <br />C. Coordinate the City's Residential <br />as illegal casinos and cannabis business in residential properties. Severe <br />Rehabilitation Grant Program (see <br />substandard properties that required special attention continue to be handled <br />program No.1) with Code Enforcement <br />through the Code Enforcement Receivership Program.
