Specifically, in <br />July 2023 the City Council approved a pre -commitment (e.g. award) of <br />$2,021,319 in Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention funds, and eight (8) <br />project- based vouchers for Illumination Foundation for the development of the <br />Intergenerational Housing Project located at 918 N. Bewley St. The City also <br />offered them technical assistance in order for them to pursue additional funding <br />A. Provide financial support and <br />from CalOptima. The two (2) three -bedroom units will be structured as shared <br />housing for homeless senior citizens at or below 50% of the AMI. One (1) two - <br />bedroom unit will be unrestricted. The Developer also proposes to construct an <br />Accessory Dwelling Unit ("ADU") on the Site. The ADU will be used as office <br />space for supportive services and programming functions.
