CLASS FEES <br />A. Each participant shall pay class registration fees as established by City. <br />B. Provider may not waive class participation/registration fees. <br />C. Only registered participants may participate in class. <br />D. Any refunds to participants will be made in accordance with City policy. <br />E. Any materials fee shall be established by mutual agreement of City and Provider and <br />shall be payable directly to Provider. <br />2 <br />
