project. <br />Section4.TheCityCounciloftheCityofSantaAna,afterconductingthe <br />public hearing, hereby approves Amendment Application No. 2024-01 changingthe <br />zoning designation of the properties located at 2101 and 2109 E. Santa Clara Avenue <br />(APN: 396-261-26 and396-261-38) from General Agricultural (A1) to Arterial Commercial <br />(C5). This decision is basedupontheevidencesubmittedattheabovesaidhearing,which <br />includes,butisnot limited to: TheRequest for Planning Commission Action dated <br />February 26, 2024 andexhibitsattachedhereto;and the public testimony, written and <br />oral, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section5.An amended Sectional District Map, showing the above described <br />changesinusedistrictdesignation,isherebyapprovedandattachedheretoasExhibitA, <br />andincorporatedbythisreferenceasthoughfullysetforthherein. <br />Section6.Ifany section,subsection,sentence,clause,phraseor portionof <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of <br />any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance.The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more <br />sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be declared invalid or <br />unconstitutional. <br />Section 7.Thisrdinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its adoption. <br />Section8.The Clerk of the Council shall certify the adoption of this ordinance <br />and shall cause the same to be published as required by law. <br />ADOPTED thisdayof ,2024. <br />Valerie Amezcua <br />Mayor <br />APPROVEDASTOFORM: <br />SoniaR.Carvalho <br />City Attorney <br />By: <br />Laura A.
