Due diligence <br /> In respect of INSURING CLAUSE 6, you will at your own expense take all practicable steps <br /> during the period of the policyto: <br /> a. prevent loss of or damage to your premises or contents, including taking practicable <br /> steps to reduce the risk of theft of your contents whilst in any vehicle by keeping them <br /> out of sight; <br /> b. maintain your premises or contents in a proper state of maintenance and repair;and <br /> c. take all reasonable steps to observe and comply with any applicable laws, obligations <br /> or requirements. <br /> 12. Establishing loss of contents <br /> If you make a claim under this Policy for loss of contents,you must reasonably establish how <br /> and when the incident took place. <br /> 13. Extended reporting period <br /> An extended reporting period of 60 days following the expiry date will be automatically <br /> granted at no additional premium. This extended reporting period will cover, subject to all <br /> other terms,conditions and exclusions of this Policy: <br /> a. in respect of INSURING CLAUSES 1 and 5 (SECTION F only), any claim first made <br /> against you during the period of the policy and reported to us during this extended <br /> reporting period; <br /> b. in respect of INSURING CLAUSES 2, 3 and 4, any cyber event, loss, operator error or <br /> system failure first discovered byyou during the period of the policyand reported to us <br /> during this extended reporting period; and <br /> c. any circumstance that a senior executive officer became aware of during the period of <br /> the policy and reports to us during this extended reporting period. <br /> No claim will be accepted by us in this 60 day extended reporting period if you are entitled to <br /> indemnity under any other insurance, or would be entitled to indemnity under such <br /> insurance if its limit of liability was not exhausted. <br /> 14. Optional extended reporting period <br /> If we or you decline to renew or cancel this Policy then you will have the right to have issued <br /> an endorsement providing an optional extended reporting period for the duration stated in <br /> the Declarations page which will be effective from the cancellation or non-renewal date. <br /> This optional extended reporting period will cover, subject to all other terms, conditions and <br /> exclusions of this Policy: <br /> a. in respect of INSURING CLAUSES 1 and 5 (SECTION F only), any claim first made <br /> against you and reported to us during this optional extended reporting period, <br /> 1999 2C25 CFr. ndc-r�n�ieing_iTiced. l riches eserved Profession v5.0 <br />
