We <br />shall meet or exceed all requirements in the request and will provide all services necessary to <br />create an application for property owners and/or their agents for registration of properties in <br />accordance with the City's requirements. <br />HERA provides property registration services nationwide to local governments. These <br />services are all provided with no upfront expenses as our fees are paid out of registration fees <br />received from responsible parties. <br />HERA can meet the insurance requirements stipulated by the City and is willing to <br />execute a standard agreement with the City.
