We provide comprehensive compliance reports via the City portal on a monthly basis, or <br />as requested, to facilitate enforcement, compliance, or reconciliation processes. Our team works <br />on a secure shared platform that is accessible by City staff to monitor all activity of foreclosure <br />registration efforts. <br />REMITTANCE, SETTLEMENT AND COMPLIANCE REPORT <br />• This report is delivered monthly and available to City staff for download on <br />demand <br />• Provides all information on properties that were registered within the month <br />including property address and APN, obligation to register dates, registration fees <br />paid, and demographic information for the responsible parties <br />• Provides the current status of a property <br />• Provides information on recent payments made through the registration platform <br />• Provides information on registration periods owed <br />NONCOMPLIANCE REPORT <br />• This report is available on demand or by request <br />• Shows all properties that have not registered in accordance with the Ordinance <br />• Shows registration periods owed along with the associated registration fees owed <br />• Shows gaps in payment so HERA staff can reach out to the responsible party to <br />aid in compliance and secure registrations for the City <br />[The remainder of this page is intentionally left blank] <br />12 <br />
