c.failuretocomplywithunderwritingrequirementsestablishedbytheInsurer <br />within ninety (90) days of the effective date of coverage; <br />d.a substantial change in the risk covered by this Policy; or <br />e.whencancellationisforallInsuredsundersuchpoliciesforagivenclassof <br />insureds. <br />3.IftheInsurercancelsthisPolicyforanyofthereasonscitedinaboveparagraph2,the <br />InsurerwillmailordelivertotheInsuredwrittennoticeofcancellation,accompaniedby <br />the reasons for cancellation at least: <br />a.ten(10)daysbeforetheeffectivedateofcancellationifcancellationisfor <br />nonpayment of premium; or <br />b.forty-five(45)daysbeforetheeffectivedateofcancellationifcancellationisforthe <br />reasons stated in Paragraphs 2 (b), (c), (d), or (e) above. <br />C.IfthisPolicyiscancelledbytheInsured,theInsurershallreturn90%oftheprorataunearned <br />premium.IfthisPolicyiscancelledbytheInsurer,theInsurershallretaintheprorataproportion <br />of the premium hereon. <br />D.UponcancellationofthePolicybytheInsuredortheInsurer,returnofthegrossunearned <br />premiumwillbemailedwithinfifteen(15)workingdaysaftertheeffectivedateofcancellation. <br />UnlesspaymentoftheamountofpremiumisaffirmativelyrequestedbytheInsured,theInsurer <br />need not return any amount of $5.00 or less. <br />The following provisions are added: <br />NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL <br />IftheInsurerdecidesnottorenewthisPolicytheInsurerwillmailordelivertotheInsuredwrittenNotice <br />ofNonrenewal,accompaniedbythereasonfornon-renewal,atleastforty-five(45)dayspriortothe <br />expiration date or anniversary date of this Policy. <br />METHOD OF NOTIFICATION <br />Anynoticeofcancellationornon-renewalwillbemailedordeliveredtotheInsured'slastmailingaddress <br />known to theInsurer.
