Priority Projects Engineering Concept Development <br />Summary <br />1 OF 37 <br />TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM <br />To: Hina Chanchlani Project No.: 22-00136 <br />Cc: Zed Kekula, Mauricio Castaneda <br />From: Paul Martin <br />Date: February 7th, 2024 <br />RE: Santa Ana Vision Zero – Priority Projects Engineering Concept Development Summary <br />Overview <br />In support of the update to the Santa Ana Vision Zero (SAVZ), formerly the Safe Mobility Santa Ana (SMSA) plan, Mark Thomas has developed planning level conceptual plans at the following <br />five (5) top ranked SAVZ priority corridors: <br />•Main Street 1st Street to 17th Street <br />•Tustin Avenue 17th Street to Fairhaven Avenue <br />•Euclid Street Hazard Avenue to McFadden Avenue <br />•Greenville Street MacArthur Boulevard to Warner Avenue <br />•First Street Fairview Street to Bristol Street <br />As scoped through guidance by SCAG and City staff, the concept plans evaluate one-mile of <br />each corridor and incorporate active transportation design countermeasures recommended by the SAVZ plan and based on discussions with City staff.
