Carlialho <br />CITY CLERK <br />Jennifer L. Hall <br />On March 16, 2021, the City of Santa Ana entered into the above referenced Agreement (A-2021- <br />036-03) with Envise. On July 21, 2022, Southland Industries announced its brand consolidation <br />with Envise. Pursuant to Section 15, Assignment, City acknowledges the acquisition and the City <br />will refer to Southland Industries, Inc, as the Contractor, in any future correspondence or matters <br />regarding the Agreement. <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, the time period of the <br />Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period until March 31, 2025. Any <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
