Hall <br />Re: Extension of Agreement (A-2021-077) for Design Services for the santiaLyo Park <br />Main Street Entrance Design Proiect <br />Dear Mr. Norton: <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Hunsaker & <br />Associates Irvine, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated May 18, 2021, the time period of the <br />Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one-year period through May 17, 2025. Any insurance <br />certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
