ACCOUNT <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 FEE SCHEDULE <br />■ SECTION X <br />MISCELLANEOUS FEE <br />162) OCFA Administrative Processing Fee <br />163) ""'--AMM R - Fdg Digital Archiving Records <br />Fireworks Stand Inspections <br />164) Refunds <br />Upon written request from the permittee, refunds of permit <br />fees may be made to the permittee in an amount equal to 80% <br />of the permit fee, exclusive of the plan check and issuance <br />fee; except that no permit fees shall be refunded under any <br />of the following circumstances: <br />(1) 180 days has elapsed from the date of the issuance <br />of the permit <br />(2) Inspections have been performed by the Building Safety <br />Division <br />If a permit has been issued for a project located in an area <br />outside of the jurisdiction of the City, 100% of the permit <br />and plan check fee may be refunded.
