ACCOUNT <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 FEE SCHEDULE <br />I SECTION X <br />MISCELLANEOUS FEE <br />SPECIAL INVESTIGATION FEE <br />A special investigation fee shall be charged by the Building <br />Official for any investigation of a building structural work, <br />reports, certification, or any other related work requested by <br />an owner or his authorized agent. Said fee shall be assessed <br />in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for the costs <br />actually incurred by the City based upon a rate of $107.91 per hour <br />but in no case shall be less than $107.91. <br />OSHPD CERTIFICATION FEE <br />Whenever plans are submitted for the construction of specialized <br />medical clinics which require by law certification of compliance with <br />requirements set forth by the Office of Statewide Health Planning <br />and Development (OSHPD-3 certification), a building permit fee will <br />be paid to the Building Official equivalent to 1%of the construction <br />valuation. An additional plan check fee equivalent to0.65%of the <br />construction valuation will be paid to the Building Official at the time <br />plans are submitted for plan check.
