ACCOUNT <br />51606 <br />51606 <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 FEE SCHEDULE <br />SECTION X <br />MISCELLANEOUS FEE <br />MECHANICAL PLAN CHECK FEES <br />Whenever mechanical plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65%of the mechanical <br />permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br />PLUMBING PLAN CHECK FEES <br />Whenever plumbing plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65%of the plumbing <br />permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br />GRADING PERMITS <br />Any person desiring a grading permit required by the Building <br />Code, shall, at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of $53.69. <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />1) Grading Permit: <br />a. One and Two S.F.D. <br />b. Multiple Residential including, Residential tracts, <br />Apartments, Condominiums, Hotels, Motels, and <br />Similar Construction <br />c.
