Santa Ana: Traffic Signal and Streetlight Maintenance (RFP NO.: 24-046) <br />©2024 Yunex Traffic 20 <br /> <br /> Flashing Beacons noted in the RFP will be inspected quarterly for proper operation and <br />alignment. Routine adjustments, routine repairs, and alignment corrections will be made <br />as needed. Solar panels will be cleaned according to the manufacturer’s recommendation. <br /> <br /> Speed Feedback Signs will be inspected quarterly for proper operation. Routine <br />adjustments, routine repairs, and corrections will be made as needed. Solar panels will be <br />cleaned according to the manufacturer’s recommendation. <br /> <br /> Streetlight Meter Hubs noted in the RFP will be inspected semi-annually for safety, <br />operation, and cleanliness. Routine adjustments, routine repairs, and corrections will be <br />made as needed. <br />Extraordinary Services <br />In addition to the Preventative Maintenance program, we will provide <br />other Extraordinary Services such as scheduled repairs, emergency <br />response and technical support services to the City’s traffic signal <br />systems in accordance with City requirements and as listed below. <br /> <br />Our Extraordinary and Emergency Response Services include, but not <br />limited to, the following services: <br /> Furnish and install replacement safety lights or illuminated street <br />name signs. <br /> Downed signal heads, poles, signal on flash, signal blackout, <br />burned out lamps, damaged controllers and cabinets, damaged <br />illuminated street name signs, damaged inductive loops, sensing <br />elements, pedestrian push buttons, electroliers, pedestrian signal <br />heads, wiring, and other operational equipment related issues. <br /> Assisting the City for special events or for City construction <br />projects, as necessary to implement revised traffic signal timing <br />and phasing for changed traffic conditions. If requested, prepare <br />punch list items, and follow through with city representative to <br />ensure a successful completion. Perform overhead maintenance <br />on traffic signals, safety lighting, street name and regulatory <br />signs, video detection cameras, Opticom systems, and license <br />plate reader (LPR) systems. <br /> Provide support for underground maintenance including conduit <br />repair or replacement, wire inspection and installation, and <br />interconnect installation. <br /> Repair, replace or otherwise render in good working order all <br />defective parts of the traffic signal equipment with like make and <br />model parts.
