<br />ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (OCTA) <br />FY2024/25-FY2030/31 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />The City of Santa Ana is required to submit an annual Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program <br />(CIP) to remain eligible for OCTA Measure M funding. Projects with active Measure M funds are <br />carried forward until project closeout and/or final reimbursement with OCTA.
