<br />Roadway – Includes street pavement, sidewalks, medians, traffic safety implements such as bike lanes <br />and guardrails, traffic signals and streetlights. It is common for restricted revenue to allow spending for <br />all elements of a roadway. <br />Secondary Street – Feeder streets that connect neighborhoods to arterial streets. <br />Sewer System – Includes sewer main pipelines, pump stations, and sewage treatment facilities. <br />Slurry Seal – Street pavement repair consisting of a thin layer of slurry applied over the existing surface. <br />Storm-water System – Includes storm-water drainage pipelines, inlets/outlets, catch basins, and water- <br />quality filtration systems. <br />Traffic Signal Synchronization – Traffic engineering technique of matching the green light times for a <br />series of intersections to enable the maximum number of vehicles to pass-through, reducing stops and <br />delays experienced by motorists. <br />Unfunded – The City has not identified available funding for the project. <br />Water System – Includes water main pipelines, water meters, pump stations and filtration/purification <br />systems. <br />106
