Said fee shall be assessed <br />in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for the costs <br />actually incurred by the City based upon a rate of $107.91 per hour <br />but in no case shall be less than $107.91. <br />51601 OSHPD CERTIFICATION FEE <br />53600 <br />Whenever plans are submitted for the construction of specialized <br />medical clinics which require by law certification of compliance with <br />requirements set forth by the Office of Statewide Health Planning <br />and Development (OSHPD-3 certification), a building permit fee will <br />be paid to the Building Official equivalent to 1% of the construction <br />valuation. An additional plan check fee equivalent to 0.65% of the <br />construction valuation will be paid to the Building Official at the time <br />plans are submitted for plan check. This fee does not preclude other <br />applicable fees which are normally assessed by the City. <br />Page 89 of 151
