<br />CITY OF SANTA ANA FY 24/25CIP <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET <br />PROJECT TITLE: <br />Angels Park Cool Pavement <br />Treatment <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION:PROJECT NEED: <br />The "cool pavement" is a water based asphalt seal-coat that is <br />designed to lower surface temperature, decrease energy costs, <br />increase safety better nighttime visibility.
