Engineering Concepts <br />Engineering concepts have been developed for each of the five (5) study corridors (Attachment <br />A). The concepts were developed based on multiple discussions with City staff and refined for <br />consistency with the SAVZ and industry best practices. <br />Main Street <br />The Main Street concept implements the following improvements between 1st Street and 17tn <br />Street: <br />• High -visibility crosswalk striping <br />• Stop lines <br />• Crossbike striping <br />• Raised center medians <br />• Directional pedestrian curb ramps <br />Euclid Street <br />The Euclid Street concept implements the following improvements between Hazard Avenue <br />and McFadden Avenue: <br />• High -visibility crosswalk striping <br />• Stop lines <br />• Buffered Class II bicycle lanes <br />• Green conflict zone striping <br />• Crossbike striping <br />• Raised center medians <br />• Directional pedestrian curb ramps <br />• Protected intersection features <br />• New Traffic Signal <br />Appendix D <br />
