The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2023-080 ("Agreement") dated April 18, 2023, <br /> to accept a donation of STEM-focused amenities from UCI at City parks. <br /> B. On November 8, 2023,the parties entered into First Amendment No. A-2023-080-01 to <br /> extend the term of the Agreement until June 30,2024. <br /> C. The Agreement is in full force and effect through June 30, 2024. <br /> D. Due to unforeseen supply issues,the parties now wish to amend the Agreement to extend the <br /> term. <br /> The Parties therefore agree: <br /> 1. Section 3,Term, is hereby extended until June 30, 2025,unless terminated earlier in <br /> accordance with Section 12 of the Agreement. <br /> 2.
