Sample Task Order I) Items of Work
<br /> Item No. 1—Furnish and Install Streetlight Pole
<br /> This work consists of furnishing and installing Ameron 4B 127 Street Light Pole including
<br /> foundation,2"PVC (stub out) conduits, Grout cap, 8' Clamp-On Arm Assembly, Overhead Pin
<br /> &Insulator,LED Luminaire, 8-8 Bard Duplex Aluminum Conductor wiring, and any other work
<br /> required to provide the intended operation at the locations shown on the project plans per City of
<br /> Santa Ana Special Provisions and Standard Plans 1126H-3 and 1126H-2 and 1104.
<br /> The unit price for each Street Light Pole shall be considered full compensation for furnishing all
<br /> labor,materials,tools,equipment, removals, excavation,landscape repair,turf repair,hardscape
<br /> repair, irrigation repair,root shaving,tree trimming, sidewalk restoration, and appurtenances for
<br /> all related items of work necessary for the installation.No additional compensation will be
<br /> allowed therefore.
<br /> Item No. 2—Remove Existing Wooden Pole
<br /> This work consists of removing and discarding Street Light Pole including luminaire arm,
<br /> existing overhead wiring, and any other appurtenances. Salvage equipment as directed by
<br /> Engineer.
<br /> The unit price for each removed Street Light Pole shall be considered full compensation for all
<br /> labor,materials,tools,equipment,removals, excavation,paving, landscape repair,turf repair,
<br /> hardscape repair, irrigation repair, sidewalk restoration,and appurtenances for all related items
<br /> of work necessary for the removal.No additional compensation will be allowed therefore.

<br /> This work consists of furnishing and installing Electrical Meter Pedestal including foundation,
<br /> circuit breakers,photocell, contactors, conduits,wiring, SCE coordination,electrical permit and
<br /> any other work required to provide the intended operation at the location required per City of
<br /> Santa Ana Special Provisions, Standard Plan 1126M and any approved Southern California
<br /> Edison Design Plans.
