The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2023-138 ("Agreement") dated May 11, 2023, to <br /> provide ADA evaluation and transition planning services for the City's Public Works Agency. <br /> B. The Agreement term runs until May 11,2024 and is current and in effect. <br /> C. The parties now wish to extend the term of the Agreement June 30, 2024. No other changes <br /> are contemplated by this Amendment. <br /> The Parties therefore agree: <br /> 1. Section 3,Term, is hereby amended to extend the term of the Agreement through June 30,2024. <br /> 2.
