Approve resolution canceling the Regular City Council meeting scheduled for <br />June 18, 2024. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CANCELING THE REGULAR CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 18, 2024 <br />•o <br />2. Approve resolution rescheduling the Regular City Council meeting scheduled for <br />June 18, 2024 to a date to be determined by the City Council. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RESCHEDULING THE REGULAR <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 18, 2024 TO , 2024. <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall announced the need to cancel or reschedule <br />to the regular meeting of June 18, 2024 due to an anticipated lack of quorum in the <br />jurisdiction. <br />MOTION: Mayor Amezcua moved to approve the rescheduling of the Regular <br />meeting of June 18, 2024 to June 24, 2024, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Phan. <br />SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Councilmember Penaloza moved to cancel the <br />Regular meeting of June 18, 2024. <br />MINUTES: Councilmember Hernandez stated he would reschedule his flight to <br />attend the City Council meeting of June 18, 2024 in person. <br />Discussion ensued regarding quorum at the regular meeting of June 18, 2024, <br />City Clerk Hall announced a quorum will be present at the June 18, 2024 with <br />Councilmembers Bacerra, Hernandez, and Lopez, and Mayor Pro Tem Phan in <br />person and Councilmembers Penaloza and Vazquez, and MayorAmezcua present <br />via teleconference. <br />No action taken. <br />CITY COUNCIL 15 JUNE 4, 2024 <br />
