Clinical services will include assessment, treatment planning, therapy, safety planning, and case <br />management. Legal Advocacy services will include assessment, education, direct assistance on domestic violence - <br />related issues, court accompaniment, and referrals to Community Legal Aid SoCal and Public Law Center as well as <br />to Human Options' pro bono program. <br />If awarded, clinical services will also be offered at the Minnie Street Family Resource Center on the campus of <br />Kennedy Elementary School, 1300 E. McFadden Ave., #13, Santa Ana, CA 92704, and at the Corbin Family Resource <br />Center at 2215 W. McFadden Ave. Suite G, Santa Ana, CA 92704. Legal services will be provided at the Minnie <br />Street Family Resource Center, Corbin Family Resource Center, and the Orange County Family Justice Center. <br />Mental health and legal advocacy services will be conducted either face to face, via Zoom, or telephone based on <br />the client's preference and safety needs. <br />Funding for this program will be used to pay for a portion of the Therapist's salary (.17 FTE), the Clinical <br />Supervisor's salary (.03 FTE), and the Clinical Director's salary (.02 FTE). Funding for this program will also pay a <br />portion of Legal Advocates' salaries (.14 FTE), the Legal Advocacy Program Supervisor's salary (.04 FTE), and the <br />Legal Advocacy Program Manager's salary (.02 FTE). Additionally, funds are requested for mileage and client <br />transportation assistance. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
