The highlighTof the program is a 4 week session held (1) day each week where targeted youth and their <br />families participate in various sports clinics, physical exercises, health and wellness educational workshops and <br />cultural arts and crafts. The activities are held in a park and recreation center in the City of Santa Ana. After the 4 <br />week session is held, Neutral Ground staff engages in follow-up activities with the participants providing home <br />visits, mentoring to reduce gang activity, violence, and drug activity. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
