ORDINANCE NO. 1348 ~ 0RDIN~NCE AMENDING SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY A~ENDING SECTION 3215 AND SECTION 6331 THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Section the "Santa Ana Municipal Code" read as follows: 3215 of Chapter 2 of Article III of be and the same is hereby amended to "SECTION 3215. Parking at Curb Painted Green. No operator of any vehicle shall park said vehicle ~mmediately adjacent to or opposite any curbing in the City which has been painted green, and bears a sign or legend indicating a maximum length of time for parking, (either twelve or twenty-four minutes), and leave said vehicle so parked in excess of the time so indicated, between the hours of 7 o'clock A. M. and 6 o'clock P. M. of any day, except Sundays and holidays." SECTION 2. That Sec~tion 6331 of Part 3 of Chapter 3 of Article VI of the "Santa Ana Municipal Code" be and the same is hereby amend- ed to read as follows: "SECTION 6331. Entrance Kept Open. The entrance to and into said rooms, at all times dur- ing business hours, shall be open and unobstructed to all peace officers and to all members of the public other than minors under the age of 18 years. No person operating any game regulated by this Part shall allow any minor under the age of 18 years to be or remain in any room accessible from or in which, such game is carried on." SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three issues of the Santa Aha Register, a newspaper printed, published, and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that purpose.
