(a) On both sides, thirty (30) feet from survey center line, between Cascade Street and the Santa Aha Freeway. SECTION 9271.60. Specific Plans for Street Aliqnment. The following Specific Plans for Street Alignment are hereby established and re-established with survey center lines and/or construction center lines and with right of way lines, between which lines no person shall erect, move in, or structurally alter any building or structure; excepting, however, nothing herein is intended to prohibit the construction or erection of a hedge, masonry wall or fence, provided said hedge, masonry wall or fence meets with the provisions of the District within which it fs~tbcated and all other provisions of this Code. SECTION 9271.61. Specific Plan for Street Alignment No. Flower Street, between Pine Street and Seventeenth Street. 15.
