ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1679 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />are hereby reclassified from the C1 (Community Commercial), <br />M1 (Light Industrial) and R2 (Multiple Family Residence) <br />Districts to the SD (Specific Development) District. <br /> <br /> 2. Specific Development Plan No. 17, consisting of a <br />certain site plan and certain architectural renderings <br />examined by this Council at the abovesaid public hearing, is <br />hereby approved for the abovedescribed real property. The <br />Clerk of the Council is directed to certify said documents <br />as approved by this council pursuant to this ordinance and <br />to remand them to the custody of the Director of Planning <br />and Development Services. <br /> <br /> 3.
