e <br /> <br />The CC&R's shall include ~visions to prohibit the <br />construction of walls in t~e townhouse four car <br />garage that will disrupt the ability to park <br />resident and guest vehi¢ies in all four spaces. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The CC&R's shall prohibit recreational vehicle <br />parking or storage on-site. <br /> <br />The CC&R's shall contain provisions to preclude <br />exposed television, ham radio, dish, or other <br />antenna and mechanical equipment. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The proposed non-residential parking requirement <br />relief shall not be greater than proportional to <br />phase size no mo~e than a 20% maximum reduction and <br />subject to conditions of a parking reduction <br />variance. Prior to Phase II, the parking <br />requirement may be reexamined at the developers <br />option.
