EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY All that certain real property in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Santa Aha, described as follows: Parcel l That portion of Section 31, Tomaship 4 South, range 9 West allotted to Abel Stearns as described in the FINAL DECREE OF PARTITION OF THE RANCHO SANTIAGO DE SANTA ANA, which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book B, page 410 of JUDGMENTS OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE 17TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN AND FOR LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of land formerly of G. W. Vance; running thence North 10.50 chains to the Southeast corner of land formerly of 3. M. King; thence East 25.23 chains to the Southeast corner of said land of J. M. A.
