City Hall, Santa Ana,0al. Bec. 1, 1913, at 7:30 p.m. The Board mot in regular session. Present, Trustees, Alderman, McPhee, Greenle%f, Board called to order by President Frank Grubb, gy and the 01erk. In Re Cars on Public Stroots In Re Calif. State Fruit Growers Cony. On motion duly seconded and carried, the City Marshal is instructed to inform the different railroad companies against allowing cars to stand on the public streets of the City of Santa Ana, particular attention being directed to Second St. On motion of McPhee, seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the City 01erk is directed to direct a telegram to Roy K.Bishop, at San Jose,Calif., inviting the 0alifornia State Fruit Growers' Association to hold their 1914 Convention in the 0ity of Santa Aha. In Re 0ity Demands On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and camried, the 0ity Clerk is directed to draw warrants o='th~-'§ity Treasurer covering Demands Nos. 6~5 to 790 inclusive, and as the same ars recorded in De,and and Warrant Book No.1, pages §9,80, 81 and 62. # In Re Transfer of Funds On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, the City General to Fire Fund 01erk is directed to transfer $3000.00 from the General Fund to the Fire Fund. In Re Warrant Fire Dept. A communication signed by ~eo.g. Peters directed to the Board and calling their attention to Section 8~ of Ordinance No.§OS and stating that the City of Santa Aha was indebted to the Santa Aha Fire Dept. in accordance with the provisions of said Section and Ordinance to the amount of $459.00, was on motion referred to a comittee consisting of Trustees Alderman, Greenleaf and McPhee. In Re Road Grader The President of the Board having announced this the time to open bids for a road grader for the Street Department of the City of Santa Aha, the 0ity 01erk was on motion of Alderman,duly seconded and carried, directed to proceed to open bids. Bids were received from: The Austin Western Oompany, Parrott & 0ompany, George F. Spangler, Newel-Mathews 0ompany, Geo. A. Rogers 0ompany, gdwin R. Bacon & Company, and W.g. Baxter. The bids were on motion ordered referred to a comittee consisting of Trustees Grubb and Greenleaf to report at next meetin~ In Re Ordinance No.563 Ordinance ~o.56~, an Ordinance adding a new section to Ordinance Curb Lins,Gentral Ave.etc. No.42~ of the 0ity of Santa Ana, in relation to the width of roadways and sidewalks to hbe known as Section 11½, was on motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, passed and adopted
