In Re bids for Fuel ond Road oil The President of the Moard having announced the arrival of tho tile for the opening of the bids for the garbage collections in the City of ~nta Aha for the year l~l$- The following bids were received- Caulfleld and Clarey bid ~ES0 per month On motion the bid was referred to the Police Cor~m~ittee. # Resolution No. BS0. A resolution of Intention of the Board of Trutstees of the 0ity of Santa Aha to pave the roadway of North B~oadway between the North line of Hickey Street and the ~outh line of Santa Ola~& Avenue with a pavement of cement concrete base and wearing surface of ae~el~t concrete ,and that the sa~e be done under the bond act approved ~ebruary 2?th, 1915, was passed and ado~ ted by the fol owi~ vote, Ayes: Trustees McPhee,Greenleaf and Ey Noes, Tru~ee Alderman. Absent Trustee G~ubb. # On motion the report of ~he Pacific States Telephone and Telegraph 0o showing $?78.1~ due the city franchise tax was ordered accepted. # Ordinance No.§~0. An ordinance fixing the amount of money necessary to ca~ry on the City was on me,fen re£erre,i to the City Attorney. # The report of the Building Inspector and the ~leotrtcian on the wiring of the Oilers House was submitted. # On motion the statement received from the Railroad Commission in regard to street crossing at Railroad tracks was ordered referred to the P.E.Ry Company. # $~ mot~ n the City Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids ~or fuel oil and road oil~bids to be opened Sept. l~th 1915 at 7:~0 P.M.
