In Re Ordinance No.562 Public Speaking In Re Electric Signs In Re Natural Gas In Re 0rdinanee No. 585 Water and Fire Bonds Approved: t~etees Ordinance No.562 , an Ordinance of the 0it7 of 8ants Ann, declaring it to be unlawful to hoId, and prohibitin~ p~blio meetings, demonstrations or entertainments or to publicly speak or address amsemblies or congregations of people upon portions of Fourth and Main Streets, in said 0ity, during certain hours of the day, was on ~otion of McPhee,seoonded by Greenleaf, ordered tabled, by the following vote to-wit: A~es, Trustees McPhee, Greenleaf and ~y. Noes, Trustees Alderman, Refused to vote, Trustee Grubb. On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, a special permit is grantSd to the Milton Garage and to Strock,Jeweler, to install electric signs as per plans and specifications submitted to the Board, provided however, that the ~aid signs are thoroughly secured to the buildings. On motion T~uitees ~rubb and Alderman are named a committee to investigate and report ~n the proposition of having natural gas brought to the City ~f Santa Ans. # Ordinance No. 565, ~n Ordinance of directing the issuance of 80 bonds the City of Santa Asa, for the sum of $500 each, ~ bonds for the sum of $300 each, and 40 bonds f~ the s~ of $275 each, for building, oonstr~tion aM extension of Water Works in the City of Santa Ann, also directing the ie~ance of ~4 bonds for the s~ of $5~ e~h, for co~truction ~d i~r~e- ment of t~ Fire ~rt~nt of said City, and directing t~ ~oper office~a~cuntersign the e~e; providing a fund for said public ~provements and for a sinking fund for the pay- ment of principal ~d ~terest for said bonds was on motion of Alderman,seoond~kby Mcgee, passed and adopted by ~e following vote to-wit: Ayes, Trusteem Aldex~an, ~ee, ~nleaf, Gr~b and gy. ~oes, Trustees None.
