In Re Streot Speaking In Re Steel Oase Bids In Re Special Police A. N. Davis In Re Application Gasoline,Guarantee Garage, and T.W.Neely · communication was received from Mrs. Josie Davi~ plaining against the language and pictures displayed b~ a Mr. Clark on Saturday afternoon at the confer of 4th and Main Streets. On motion of Grubb, duly seconded and oar~ied, the communi- cation was ordered referred to the Censor Oo~ission. The thee having arrived for opening bids for a steel case for the City Clerk and WAter Office and the City Assessor's office the Clerk was on motion ordered to proceed to open bids. Or $40~.00 if the Dan or crown suspension on the legal drawers are used. On motion of Alderman, ~uly seconded and carried, the bids were subeitted to a committee consisting of Trustees Alderman,MoPhee and the City Clerk. # On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, Mr.A.N.D~vis Janitor of the High School Building was appointed a special to serve without # Au application from the Guarantee ~exa~e for permission to install a gasoline storage tank %% ~heir &stage Ce~er 2nd and Bush Sts. was on motion of Alderman ~Xante.t, provided h~ever, that the said tanks are to be installed in accordance with the provisions of the Petaluma Ordinance. T.W. Neely appeared before the Board and made a verbal request for the installation of a gasoline storage tank i~ an alley next to his new place of business ~n North Main Street. On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, the request was granted pro- vided however, that the said tank be installed in accordance with the provisions of the Pe$~/u~a Ordinance.
