Ordinance No.591 . An Ordinance amending Section 45, of Ordinance No 419 of the city of Sonta Aha, in relation to a.~sessment levy and collection of taxis, was on motion of Grubb seconded by Greenleaf passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Alderman, McPhee~ Greenleaf, Orubb and gy. NOeSj ~one, # On motion of Greenleaf, s~conded by Grubb and carried Nr. Hawk ia granted permission to stand a ~o~-corn wagon near the corner of Sycamore and Fourth streets on the ~outhwest corner. ~.G.Esnnedy a~ared before the Board and asked ~ormtesion to install an electric sign three feet by sever and one-half feet in dimention at 50~ N.Eain street, On motion of Alderman, duly secondel and carried a ~ermissio~to install an ~lectric sisn,~rovid~d howevor, that the size of the sign conforms to the ordinance and the :u~st be installed to the~tiefaction of the Building ~nspector and the City gleotr~cian. # On motion of Alderman, seconded by Grubb and carried the president of the Board is authorized to make a three year lease with F.F.ThorI for the five acres of land commonly called the dumping - ground and belongin% to the city of Santa Ana at an annual r~ntal of $~5.00 per # On motion duly seconded and carried the City Marshal is directed to enforce the t~afffc ordimance and most larticularly the ~rovisions of 0rdinan~e wo.558, providing that automobiles shall not stand on North Nain street a distance on~ hundred and sixty-fiw~ feet ~orth from the center line of ~ourth street. # On motion duly meconSsd ~d carried the ~ity ~ar~h~.l is ~L%xee~ed to enforce O~di~auoe
