Reid. # On motion duly ~eoonded and carried, the City Attorney ie directed to notify the property owners on 0rohard St. between Van Ness and l~rton of the Board's intention to order the paving in and that if said work ie net in within S0 days that the Vrcoman Act proceedings will be invoked. # The resignation of V.L.Steward as City ~n$ineer of the City of Santa Aha, was presented. On motion of Grubb, seconded by Alderman and carried, the reaignation ia acce~ted. On motion of Grubb, duly seconded and carried, the office of City ~ngineer is declared vacamt.
