Oorona, be accepted as <br /> the lowest and best bid, and that all other bids <br /> be rejected and further that all bids for whole <br /> barley be rejected. <br /> <br /> On motion of Alderman, seconded b7 G~ubb and carried, <br /> it ia ordered, that the bid of l~he Blade Publishing <br /> Go., for the Oity's printing and advertising for the <br /> ensuing yea~ be accepted and that all other bids be <br /> re Jected. <br /> <br />On motion of Grubb, seconded by Alderman and carried, <br />it is ordered that a blue print submitted by the <br />S.P.Ry. On motion of G~ubb, seconded by <br />Greenleaf and carried, the request is Eranted. <br /> <br />Ray a. Robinson appeared before the Board and asked <br /> <br />permission to install a lunch wagon at the Corner of <br />~th and Birch ~te., on motion of Grubb, seconded by <br /> <br />Greenleaf and carried, the reqUest is granted. <br /> <br />Btephen Ross appeared before the Beard and stated <br />that the Orandall Paving Oo.,asked for permission to <br />close three blocks on South Main Br.,about three bloo~l <br />North from l~irview Ave. <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman, seconded by Greenleaf and carried <br />the permission is granted, provided however, that all <br />public utilities have laid their pipe lines and the <br />ditches are sufficiently settled. <br /> <br /> <br />
