On motion of <br /> <br />Alderman duly ~econded and carried, the City 01erk is <br /> <br />directed to advertise for bids for boiler and engine <br /> <br />as covered by the above specifications, bids to be <br /> <br />received and filed on or before § o'clock p.m. of the <br /> <br />5th day of October,1914. <br /> <br />A complaint having been filed by the Pacific Electric <br /> <br />Railway Company regarding dummy police, the matter was <br /> <br />referred to Trustees Grubb and Alderman to investigate <br /> <br />and report. <br /> <br />The President of the Board having announced this the <br /> <br />time for opening bids for fire apparatus the Clerk was <br /> <br />on motion of Alderman, seconded by MoPhee,direeted to <br /> <br />proceed to open bids.
